The Orquesta Típica Tango 02 (pronounced “zero-dos) extended by the Argentine singer Eduardo Baró joins that tradition and takes the listener on an exploration of deeprooted rhythms of the legendary D’Arienzo, Di Sarli and others.
Tango 02 learned the art from the Argentinian bandoneon player Alfredo Marcucci and expanded his repertoire with new, danceable compositions and arrangements from the region of the Rio de Plata and from Belgium.
This repertoire is aimed at a dancing audience as well as to a listening audience with optional dance demonstrations. Airy binding text with anecdotes from the history of Argentine tango thereby deepen the contact with the audience.
